This policy sets out how Triplar uses and protects any information, data and Intellectual Property collected as part of our daily business practice.

Triplar is committed to ensuring our customers and suppliers data is kept securely and in compliance with the GDPR regulations to be introduced on the 25th May 2018.

This policy was updated on the 18th May 2018 and is reviewed annually. Should any changes be made to the policy, it will be updated on our website and re-issued to parties as required.

What we collect:

In running our business, we will collect data relating to customer transactions, customer design and brand intellectual property along with information relating to contacts within our customers and supplier portfolio.

Storage of Financial Information:

Sensitive financial information is securely stored in separate server locations that can only be accessed by Directors of Triplar Ltd.

Why do we need to store this information?

We store this information in order to deliver the services we provide and be in a position to reference previous projects, solutions and technologies delivered.

Use of your Information

We never give your details to 3rd party organisations without your expressed content.

Security of your Data

We take the privacy of our customer, supplier and staff data seriously. All information we hold is stored on dedicated servers protected against unauthorised access and used in compliance with relevant company policies.

Protective systems are in place to detect, report and investigate a data breach. Any data breach likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals will be notified to the ICO.
