Tim Rodwell
Managing Director
- Listen - Anything from Minimal House to Paul Simon to Lady Gaga and everything in between!
- Film - Point Break.
- TV - Mad Men and Brothers & Sisters.
- Inspired - Brands that live and breathe their values.
- 15 Minutes of Fame - I once modelled for an article in Look magazine called Diary of a Babe Magnet!
- Hobbies - Cooking! I harbour a secret desire to enter MasterChef.
- Job - The people... Our customers, Our customer’s customers and the people that I work with. I love watching people grow and develop and feeling that Triplar was a part of that.
Mike Rodwell
Director and Owner
- Listen - Radio 4 and my wife!
- Film - The English Patient and Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope, all the way back in 1977!
- Inspired - Developing talent and seeing it blossom. Also, when I successfully grew carrots and got a birdie on the 15th hole at Croham Hurst Golf Club.
- 15 Minutes of Fame - Having a picture and name check on The One Show. It was of my wife Christine’s wonderful meat pudding.
- Hobbies - Golf, gardening, art and of course attending to the family.
- Job - The thrill of the chase and exceeding our client’s expectations.
Tim Brown
Financial Director
- Listen - Led Zeppelin and most 70’s rock! I’ve got over 300 artists in my CD collection.
- Film - Godfather Trilogy.
- TV - I like watching sport, particularly cricket and snooker.
- Inspired - Watching my family grow up and doing the best for them!
- 15 Minutes of Fame - I once met Graeme Swann. I’ve also met another two cricketers: Richard Stemp and Kevin Murphy, the former captain of Zimbabwe.
- Hobbies - I’ve got an eclectic set of interests, ranging from bowling, watching Northampton Saints, listening to my music collection and collecting stamps.
- Job - Making ‘it’ fit the first time around.
Adam Moreland
Project Manager
- Listen - Rock and Metal. Favourites include Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Linkin Park, Disturbed and Iron Maiden!
- Film - Apollo 13.
- TV - ER. I have every box set!
- Inspired - My Father's advice: Reaching the top but never forgetting where you came from.
- 15 Minutes of Fame - I met Patrick Stewart after a showing of Henrik Ibsen's The Master Builder and we talked for 15 minutes!
- Hobbies - Classic VW Campervans and computer programming.
- Job - The opportunities and the team.
Angela Beswick
Contract Administrator
- Listen - At the moment anything Drum and Bass, Dubstep and Breakbeat.
- Film - Nearly every single Quentin Tarantino and Pedro Almodóvar film.
- TV - Jools Holland and any kind of documentary.
- Inspired - My family, friends and colleagues. I am lucky to be surrounded by positive and talented people who always have time for one another.
- 15 Minutes of Fame - Meeting Jared Leto and his band mates from Thirty Seconds to Mars after a gig. I made friends with their tour manager thinking he was security and was then invited along with my friends for after gig drinks!
- Hobbies - Dancing, wakeboarding and going to the theatre.
- Job - My team. Together we achieve above and beyond for our clients.
Colin Day
Production Manager
- Listen - Radio 2 or Heart FM 80’s pop. I am also partial to a spot of Duran Duran.
- Film - The Lord of the Rings Trilogy.
- TV - I enjoy old comedy shows like One Foot in the Grave, Only Fools and Horses and I also like watching athletics.
- Inspired - When a job’s going just right and the satisfaction you get from that feeling.
- 15 Minutes of Fame - That’s still to come! I once met Steve Davis when I was about 12.
- Hobbies - My Motorhome is my passion! We go all over the country in it for weeks at a time or even just for the weekend.
- Job - Designing and organising the jobs for presentation.
Danny Dorgan
Senior Contracts Manager
- Listen - Rock music in general and Planet Rock on the radio.
- Film - L.A. Confidential.
- TV - Have I Got News For You.
- Inspired - People with drive, determination and honesty (not always an easy mix!)
- 15 Minutes of Fame - More like 5 seconds of fame! I was once on local TV while working for a Shipbuilding company.
- Hobbies - Motorcycling and motorsport.
- Job - The variety and the fact that there’s never a dull moment.
Darryl Sweeney
Project Manager
- Listen - All music apart from the High School Musical numbers and Heavy Metal.
- Film - Kelly's Heroes and The Shawshank Redemption. What a classic!
- TV - Bear Grylls and pretty much anything on the Discovery channel.
- Inspired - Honest people and my martial arts instructor.
- 15 Minutes of Fame - I once came second in the Men’s Class 2 National Amateur Body-Builders’ Association North West’s Championships!
- Hobbies - The occasional round of Golf, Kempo Martial Arts and spending time with my family.
- Job - The variety of my role, the travelling and meeting new and different people.
Emma Edwards
CAD Draughtswomen
- Listen - Katy Perry, Westlife, Britney Spears and anything Rap or R&B.
- Film - All of the Harry Potter films! I’ve seen all of them on the day of their release at midnight and I love all of the film memorabilia!
- TV - Vampire Diaries, True Blood, Gossip Girl, Star Trek Voyager and Stargate.
- Inspired - The feeling I get when someone is extremely pleased with my work and can perfectly visualise how it will look when it’s completed.
- 15 Minutes of Fame - It’s probably more like two seconds of fame. I was once on The One Show and all the clip showed was me eating a lamb kebab. Classy.
- Hobbies - Horse-riding and travelling. My Parents and I love America and I would love to move to New York one day.
- Job - Creating videos and walkthroughs of stores.
James Freeman
Nike Account Manager
- Listen - The Black Eyed Peas and Plan B.
- TV - Gavin and Stacey.
- Inspired - People who dedicate their lives to improving the lives of others.
- 15 Minutes of Fame - Not sure if I have experienced fame as yet, but Kylie Minogue and I are good friends. Well, I shared a lift with her in New Zealand once.
- Hobbies - Motorsport and photography.
- Job - Working within a team where the aim for all is to exceed the expectations of our clients.
Kathryn Drinkwater
Project Manager/Contracts Administrator
- Listen - Mostly Drum & Bass but I have a very eclectic music taste including everything from Jazz to House and watching live bands.
- Film - The Lost Boy.
- TV - The Apprentice.
- Inspired - Naturally talented artists, whether they be musicians, dancers or actors.
- 15 Minutes of Fame - No real claims to fame except I own Janet Jackson's Drummer's Drum Sticks!
- Hobbies - Boating, as I live on a 54ft Narrowboat called Milly Falcon, which I bought 4 years ago. It was originally built in 1977 and was practically sunk in The Grand Union Canal when I bought her. Since then I have had her re-bottomed and refitted throughout. She is currently in dry dock undergoing a full repaint to the exterior. I also enjoy music and dancing.
- Job - It’s early days for me yet, but at this stage I would have to say the people, who have made it incredibly easy for me to settle in. I’m very much looking forward to the challenges ahead.

- Tv - The Shawshank Redemption.
- Inspired - Great people!
- 15 Minutes of Fame - Meeting James Corden, Sebastian Vettel and David Coulthard at a Christmas Party. It was certainly interesting!
- Hobbies - Mountain Biking, camping and CHOCOLATE!
- Job - Working with a great team to deliver consistently great projects for our clients.
Stella Bochori
Business Improvement & Supply Chain Manager
- Listen to: Anything apart from heavy metal and trance. I also enjoy Greek music (it's in the genes!)
- Favourite Film/TV Series: The Shawshank Redemption and Quantum Leap from the 90s and more recently Inception and Lost
- Inspired by: People's stories of personal achievement
- 15 Minutes of Fame: Participated in a Greek TV game show and had a poem published in a national newspaper that won me a year's scholarship to study Russian.
- Hobbies/Interests: Reading, movies, getting together with friends
- Most enjoy about my job: Diversity of the role, understanding customers' requirements and working towards satisfying and exceeding them.
Steve McCarthy
Project Manager
- Listen - Any Big Beat Dance and The Rolling Stones. Adele is also getting a lot of play at the moment.
- Film - All the usual suspects. Including The Usual Suspects.
- TV - Any political discussion programme. I've always fancied myself as a bit of a Politician. My one and only poster as a child was the "I have a dream" Martin Luther King quote. I was a cheerful child.
- 15 Minutes of Fame - A slot on a Portuguese sports programme as I was competing in a gymnastics competition. I also made the local paper when I had a Bungee Jump accident.
- Hobbies - A good film, a great gig and the occasional little bit of exercise.
- Job - Working with a great team, meeting interesting people and watching a project develop from a concept to a completed job.
Tony Reilly
Project Manager
- Listen - I listen to a variety of music from Motown to Rock.
- Film - L.A. Confidential.TV Only Fools and Horses and The Royle Family.
- Inspired - People with positive attitudes!
- 15 Minutes of Fame - Holing my second shot on the 10th at The Belfry the day after The Ryder Cup was played there! There was about 100 people watching and they all applauded and I felt like a star! (I was a star!)
- Hobbies - Watching Peterborough United, playing golf and occasionally a good run and swim!
- Job - I enjoy the whole package about my job, from the initial set and the team work involved, to the buzz you get when you give the client the WOW factor.
